You really got it on the ball!! This would make an excellent mailing list for initially reaching out with letters of introduction (CASAA) and explanation of the electronic cigarette and then offering them the decals and placards.
Yes! As well as suppliers/vendors using their own ads.. or even normal users placing their own e-cig testimonial ad! But the CASAA logo Kristin made up would do great on those news pamplets in the restaurants!
