Considering opening a retail outlet (one wall in my son's shop at the local mall).....if there was a storefront operation in your area, what would you want it to stock, what services would you want it to provide....

a wide variety of eliquid?....various brands or stick with only one?....

limit to only one or two types of ecigs?....try to make them all available?.....

any US eliquid bottlers out there interested in discount pricing large orders?....perhaps rebranded with store logo?.......

Definently stock every atomizer model you see being stocked online. If i had a store i would go with Janty stuff, because those devices appeal to everyone. Juice wise, i would get your own recipe's and have a hook for people to keep coming back. Batteries i would stock would be the 501,801,and 901's. Just thought about that very question yesterday.

Judging by the people in here I think I'd keep 510 stock for sure and probably the KR8s and maybe M401s. Of course the 510 disposables would get them buying right away and likely bring them back. Juices? IMO, I'd say tobacco flavors for the guys and fruits for the ladies.
Gotta remember you're likely dealing with people who want something that looks as much like the cigarette they're use to using. Need to appeal to the masses and the noobs.
Of course it all depends on your start-up budget.

I would get ahead of the curve and not just offer what everyone else offers when it comes to the actual full kits. The future is in bigger battery devises. I would offer several 5 and 6 volt devices instead of the same analog type devices that everyone and their brother sells.

the problem there is supply....can you imagine what would happen if I tried to place an order for 100 chucks?.....

Selling 401s, KR8s or 510 would not be selling what everyone else sells. I would bet the majority of customers entering a mall shop would be like the people we meet every day. They have no idea what's out there. What's available. That's why businesses like Smoking Everywhere, or whatever its called, make a killing. They know they are likely the first electronic cigarette representative most people have come across and those people will take it because they don't know there is anything else. Bingo! Big Sale!

Various atomizers, batteries and blank cartridges. Maybe some choices of cart material. Flavors only for DIY e-liquid. If you're not carrying nicotine, no one can play the drug/drug delivery card. By themselves, none of this is dangerous. Call it the Vaporizer Supplies wall.

No one questions the coffee shop, but nicotine is just as uncontrolled as caffeine is.

I don't think you would have a problem placing an order for 100 Prodigy's. I would carry 50 GLV's, 100 Prodigy's, 50 nhalers, 20 chucks, 50 Super T's, 50 Silver Bullites, etc. You would be well covered, along with with some of the weak battery analog types that everyone pushes.

Starting out, I wouldn't go overboard. Until people started to figure out what these things actually are, I would go with the basics like the 510 and KR808, atomizers, batteries, cartomizers - prefilled and blank, and a variety of juices. Unless you want to hold classes, the mods would sit there for a very long time. Once you have a loyal following, then start stocking the more elaborate items. No sense investing too much until you see how it's going to fly.
