I am 29 years old and started smoking ~14 years old. When I first started smoking I was averaging for the first few years around 2-3 packs a day of whatever I could get my hands on at that age. Once I turned 21 I turned into the world of cloves for probably the next 2 years and ended up going back to about 1 pack a day smoking habit. The past year I have moved on to American Spirits which I thought with stronger nicotine would decrease my need for smoking so much but after the first week of smoking them I noticed I was smoking more. The worst part of smoking for me was when I was drinking I could easily go through 2 packs in around 4-5 hours and would pay for it the next morning.

I first gave e-cigs a try around 3 years ago when I bought my first e-cig kit's they were RN-4072's. I thought I would enjoy them as they appeared to be able to hold a charge longer but also look and feel like a cig even if they were longer.
I gave the RN-4072's a try and after about 1-2 weeks they just were not doing it for me so I went back to full time smoking analogs.

I came back around to e-cigs a year later when I discovered the world of manual instead of auto's and picked up a Joye 510 which felt leagues above the RN-4072's but it had a downfall I did not notice that the RN-4072 also had with my kit. The need to fill the cartridges with filler and having it constant come out and getting a mouth full of liquid was becoming an annoyance. The need to also have to fill the cartridges with e-liquid constantly was also becoming an annoyance so I went back to smoking analogs again for the past year now.

Fast forward to this past weekend and the new year of 2012. I did some research into what I wanted to be my next e-cig as it has been about 3 years since I even looked what was really out there. I came across quite a few units that I really wanted as I know I am one who is going to want to have a collection of them going forward.

The unit that stood out for me for an immediate fix was the e-Power 2800 mainly due to the battery power and I wanted to give the world of tanks a try and found one that would let me pick it in a starter pack. Looking further I discovered the copper mod world and really got excited about how there is no wires or anything in these units but since I was just coming back to the e-cig world I put that on my Wish List. The last item that I came across was the VV mod's which I had never heard of until this past weekend and came across the Provari but due to cost and just getting back into the e-cig world I decided to also add this to my WishList.

I put an order in for the e-Power 2800 with a dual coil cartomizer tank and it will be arriving today in about 2 hours and will be saving up to purchase the copper mod along with the provari.

I am excited to finally be back as I have felt my health improve again and it has only been about a week.

Ecigs have come a LONG way since you first tried them. I use an E-Power 14650 and absolutely love it. The eGo-E-Power that you got is a nice PV and will give you great battery life. The only thing I dont like about the eGo-EPower is that the switch is not removable which is why I went with the E-power in the first place, but its not a huge deal. I think youll def really like it and it will be a night and day difference from a slim ecig.
Did you get the Smoktech tank? The one that comes with a 1.6ohm Dual Coil carto in it?

Yep I got the 2800mah with the Smoktek tank and 1.5ohm Dual Coil carto pretty excited the mail man should have it here in the next couple hours at the latest.

I am excited to finally try something as the RN-4072 which I guess is classified as a Penstyle or 801 did nothing for me at all but make me disappointed by e-cigs the Joye 510 helped but not fully.

I've also thought about changing my batteries. Definitely let us know what you think. Welcome back hopefully for good this time. I definitely got very frustrated when I started vaping with not getting a good set up that was consistent. It gets better. Now I just think of it as a hobby getting everything to work as good as possible.

That E-Power rig sounds pretty sweet! When it shows, be sure to take a break from vaping it to give your impressions.

Will do just received email that the post office just finished sorting today's mail about 1 hour ago so the clock is counting down now.

If anyone curious on the one I bought it was here at Vapor Alley $53 which I considered a very decent price for the unit. The tank alone if bought separately is $12.

e-Power 2800

Really curious how long between charges I will get with 2800 since I see people with less than 2000mah reporting a full days of vape.
