30 ml bottles rec'd from Liberty Flights - two of four leak due to poor injection molding.

After two emails I was told I need to return them. They cost fifty cents and I am unwilling to pay for shipping. Should pictures and a video clip posted on youtube suffice, or should I just take my business elsewhere, and any suggestions for a west coast distributor would be appreciated.

Thank you for your opinions,

afraid i'm gettin' worked up over nothin' - just don't like the idea they "knew" they had bad bottles and decided to externalize the costs like Exxon, Shell and BP.

k, i just left a full and detailed voice message, see what happens over the phone.

decided to go ahead and try using one of them, "what could happen?" leaked all over my slacks pocket in Church, almost passed out from the nicotine.
got home and looked at the other one, not only was the injection molding around the mouth bad on the bottle and drip-tip, but the whole bottle top has a crack around the neck.

is it normal for a place like this to require return shipment for low cost items? how does that work for people here?

I had a very bad experience with LF with RIVA batteries. They knew they had a bad batch but wasted a lot of my time mailing stuff back and forth. Their customer service was good but their attitude was focused on the fact of getting the defective product back so they could get a credit from their supplier and they didn't seem that concerned with the grief the customer was going through. They have forever lost me as a customer.

My mom received a few Rivas that went bad after 3 months. 1 month past LF warranty. They sent her 2 new batts out ASAP. She did pay for the return postage but received a credit. That was beyond anything I expected. Perhaps they would extend you the the same credit if you asked. Unfortunately that's the price we pay doing business on line. Sorry for your bad luck.
