Reusing Juice Bottles?

Do I have to worry about any small amount of water spots left over after washing out a juice bottle to mix up a new flavor batch in?

I don't (if I am in a hurry). Otherwise, I typically wash them out and set them upside down on a paper towel for at least a day.

I don't but I do rinse in alcohol (vodka) after washing in water.

It won't make much of a difference unless you're using like 5ml bottles or something, it might dilute your mix ever so slightly - even then it won't matter much. But it wouldn't hurt to wait for them to dry if you can spare the time.
