As long as you clean them well any lingering odor will not effect a new mixes taste regardless of what previous flavor was in there. Some mixes will discolor bottles and that is also of no factor. So by all means reuse those bottles.

Fill the bottle with warm water add a little dish soap and shake well, Dump it out rinse well with warm clean water (Get all the soap out) and let air dry.

I have a couple of liter bottles that my nic solution came in from RTS Vapes. They are amber plastic bottles. I was thinking of using these for my pg and vg that I have in gallons. It would be easier for me to then transfer the pg/vg to the 4oz yorker bottles that I have for mixing. Would this still be OK to do even if it had nic solution in them originally? They have been rinsed thoroughly and air dried.

Do you guys reuse plastic bottles or chuck them after one use? I've reused some for similar flavors, but I'm wondering how much of a previous flavor would leach into the next batch.

I reuse occasionally. I have a stash of glass bottles that I use for most of my mixes. I'll soak in warm, soapy water (sometimes because I forget about them :) ) and rinse well. Very rarely that I detect any residual, and I sure can't taste any carry-over...

Like you I reuse mine on similar flavors. Tobaccos and strong fruits like mango or pineapple definitely linger. I have even tried baking soda and a rinse with diluted vinegar. No dice still can taste the old flavor. The rubber stoppers on glass bottles do the same thing for me. I had a honey dew mint I could never get out of the rubber bulb. Obviously you can just buy new caps for glass but to me that is a pain. Gingerbread is another that lingers.

But even if I buy a new bottle each time still cheaper. One of these days I need to buy like a hundred lot of 30ml plastic bottles. I like the plastic for carrying in my pocket.

I reuse all my plastic bottles but my method for cleaning is a little OCD.

First, I rinse with hot water.
Then I put a dab of dish soap in each, fill with water, shake vigorously and dump
Then I throw them into a pot, fill the pot with water, and boil for ~30 minutes.
After that's done, I give it one more good rinse with hot water before setting them on my dish rack to dry.

I've never had an issue with flavors leeching but be careful when you're boiling them, water tends to evaporate and if you don't fill the pot back up - you risk burning your bottles!
