Your next one try taking the tube off the base before you use it so you can see how its threaded on. You replacement tube is still good.the threading is the same top and bottom. Dont worry i always mangle my first carto when a new one comes out just seeing how it works.
Yep,you are right. My bad. 20120527_201906-1.jpg

I see thet have these with the innards and the base E1 / E3 Replacement Cylinder & Base

Thank you, I didn't notice those. I also see that when I go back to the E1 Cylinder ONLY page, that it says you can add it to the cart again. Eric must have anticipated he was getting low and ordered more. Just the same, I like the idea of getting the base as well too, I was wondering just that you might need it if for some reason you mess up your first one somehow, like in the earlier posts with photographs. I like the cylinder and post offering better, at least some of both cylinder and base, and cylinder only, if I end up getting one of these for all of my favorite flavors, and with multiple colored tubes.

All of the reviews and YouTube videos say these E1's aren't as sturdy tubes as the CE5+, but they taste better than the CE4 and CE5, the last two which seem to be muting out the flavor of liquids. Eric and a few others are saying they are replacing the CE4 with the E1, and I want to see what the buzz is about.

Especially I am noticing my CE4s (Stardusts) are not lasting as long since I am switching to high VG e-liquids, than when I vaped 60PG/40VG e-liquids. They get clogged and dirty much faster, and I am looking for YouTube videos how to clean them and dry burn them without having to remove the center post (if that is even an option). I hate to toss them while the coils are still firing. At least get the silicone cap off of them so I can dry burn them after a good wash, but do you have to slip that silicone cap back on? I guess I'll see in the video.

I know Rockin' Robbie [Estarra on YouTube] likes to get a metal rod and pound those Stardust center posts out, but he makes it look really difficult (and dangerous in my hands). Plus, those new replaceable CE5s are so narrow, they are more difficult to fill because they make it easy for juice to bottleneck at the top, and flow around into the air flow post.

When I found clearomizers (Visions CE4s, Extreme), I basically threw away all of my partially used cartomizers, and my unused cartomizers are sitting unused in their shipping boxes, still in their cellophane wrappers. If I like the E1 enough, will I just not even need or want to fool with my CE4s or Vision Extremes anymore?

I guess we'll see.

It is the updated base with the updated cylinder it mounts better and is supposed to eliminate misfires

I got my E1 Revive V2 yesterday and so far it is vaping like a champ. I also ordered 2 spare coils and a replacement tube so I can change things out when needed. Now to see how this E1 holds up. The flavor is better than the Stardusts. The draw is a tad looser which I like, but not too loose. OMG at the clouds of vapor this thing puts out! I can see why Lord Davon raved about it in his video. And my juice isn't doing a disappearing act either. I can't wait till my Ego Twist comes so I can play with the voltage with this E1. DV sent out my order the same day I ordered it, gr8 customer svc from Eric.
I seriously need to stop coming here b/c I keep reading about things that I want to order! lol

Is it true that the replacement tubes are a bit better well made than what comes with the kit or is it just random luck? I bought the E3 and the tube has hairline cracks around the base where it screws in. I'm thinking the E1 has good enough reviews to put it through a test. It's just that I like my CE2 Plus/fluxomizers and the E1's main draw to me would be a good easy fill clearomizer that could stand up to my pocket. If the tube breaks frequently I would stick with my CE2 Plus by microcig.
