Ecigmods is a supplier based out of Cummings, Ga..This supplier's website has a lot of very reasonable mods and supplies for sale.Now that being said, I am from Marietta ga, and wanted a quick turnaround for so cartos, so I thought I was really being slick by ordering from a Georgia vendor..
Well.......I ordered on May 8th, and it is now May 19th and no order delivery..I emailed and received a very curt reply that I should read the web page where it says he is backed up..Hmmmmm..What it infers is he is backed up on making his mods, not ordinary supplies....So I wait.....I emailed several days ago no reply..Hmmm.So I go back today and discover he now has a TICKET SYSTEM for helping his customers as he is to busy to keep up with his email....Hmmm...
The long and short of this review is that this vendor needs some help or he should do like some other vendors and close the online storefront until he can catch up...Customer service is one of the things that set vendors apart from each other, as well as prompt filling of orders..Come on,two pks of cartos and a drip tip..Give me a brake..
I would think twice before ordering from this supplier, even if you live in Georgia...I got faster service when I ordered my Volcano Inferno from Hawaii.
