Out of curiousity, I picked up a couple of eGo XL atties, a LR from NFN and SR from happy vaper. I have been mostly dripping for the past while and wanted to see how these compared to the others I have in rotation. I tested them out with some juice that I bought from NFN (see review here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...od-tobacco-applewood-tobacco.html#post2937072)

SR eGo XL atty from Happy Vaper
I always use the cone on my eGo so I like having the convenience of it being all in one. I got a blue one to match my battery, it is a little bit longer than my eGo cone, and has the Happy Vaper logo written in silver along the bottom, which I like compared to the gold band with engraving on their other atties. I am still working out how many drops to use, I have worked my way up to 5, which may be too many because the first few puffs are gurgling, but when I unscrew it from the battery to check the connector end, there is no leakage. Overall I would say that the main strengths of this atty are flavor and capacity. It produces big clouds of vapor, and the flavor is awesome, and gets even better as I am breaking it in. I find the vapor much too cool on this atty though, even my SR 510 offers more warmth. The draw is also a bit too tight, even for a cone user who prefers a tighter inhale.

LR eGo XL atty from NicFitNation
Although they don't have much selection in terms of colors, the price of this atty was a few bucks cheaper than my SR from happy vaper, and I also picked up a XL drip tip for $3.97. I picked the silver because at the rate I am going my blue battery will have no paint left soon and be silver anyways, lol. I have used the cisco LR 306's before, and keep them in rotation for those moments where I need something that packs more of a punch, but they are way too much for me to use for an ADV. This LR eGo XL has a nice balance of TH, flavor, warmth, convenience and vapor production and would make a good ADV. The flavor isn't as predominant as in the SR, but it is made up for by the warmth, TH and VP. I have never been one who put too much emphasis on VP, but it is hard not to be impressed by the big clouds of vapour that comes out of these things. The only thing I don't like is the draw seems a bit tighter, even more so than the SR eGo XL. If I can get used to the draw, I would consider modding the cart with PTB or some blue foam, or give the LR eGo-T system a chance.

That's why I just got some stainless batteries. All the batteries and atties are silver; just 9 out of the 10 colors have paint that can chip off. My Titanium type B Mega atties now match my batteries after a hot water soak and some scraping with a fingernail.
