being a noob I did not know there was a difference! The ones I use are 5ml Dual Coil 1.5 ohm Mega Cartomizers.

No Problem. Part of the Battle when a Person is New is getting the Lingo Down.

A Cart (Cartridge) just Holds e-Liquid and Stuffing. It is inserted into a Atty (Atomizer).

A Carto (Cartomizer) is a One Piece Unit that has Both the Stuffing and the Atty Combined.

OK... Forget Everything I wrote in Post #2

OK

Reviving a Carto (Cartomizer). Sometimes it helps to take a Pin or a Small Needle and to Push it thru the Stuffing about 15 times or some. It doesn't need to go all the way thru the Stuffing, just enough to Fuff it up a bit.

Take off the Mouth Piece and work your way around the Suffing poking holes with the Pin/Needle

IWhen I used Cartos, I didn't fool with them that Much. There Inexpensive so when One would give me Problems, I would just toss it.

BTW- Save you Old Mouth Pieces. Sometimes you try a New Brand of Cartos and they work well, but you liked your Old Mouth Pieces Better.

I haven't tried cleaning mega cartos. I was skeptical about cleaning cartos period but grabbed a bunch of regular size I was going to toss anyway and tried it. Boiled them for 15 mins, drained and rinsed. Boiled them another 15 mins, drained and rinsed. Left them to dry for 5 days. Presto - they worked like new again. They are pretty cheap, but since I was going to toss them anyway I thought I'd experiment.
Some people swear by a turkey baster method.

Very cool...will give that a try. I figure getting a week and about 20ml out of one is pretty good but if the tube is good I would keep using it...just it stopped absorbing anything so tossed it. These 5ml Mega's are like $4 each so not too bad I guess.

Any Mega Carto's out there you want to recommend? I'm not ready for a tank i think. but if something looked good on my ego from V4L I'd givr it a go

I think a Week is Pretty Good for a Carto. That's like 60 cents a Day. A lot cheaper than Analogs (Tobacoo Cigaretes).

I don't use Filler-Type Cartos anymore. So Maybe another Member can suggest something for you.

When I use cartos with a tank I get 80- 100 ml with light juice before the carto begins to tight draw. With dark juice dead at about 50-60 ml. Key in the longevity of a carto is keeping it saturated. Presently on day 14 of my carto and feels like it's good for another few days. Cleaning....tried every way possible and really not worth it.

What I used to do with Cartos, and still do with CE2's, is after I wash and Rinse is to wedge the Cartos in the Grille of a Floor Fan.

Looks kinda funny with bt works Great.

I copied the paper towel method after rinsing. They look funny with paper towels sticking out of them. Left them like one day, then just left them to dry.

I used to put them on top of Light bulbs to dry.

But I would forget about them and then when I would touch the lamp to turn it off, they would fall and roll under a Table or something.

The Fan Wdge works Much Better.
