Revolution V2 Problem. Please Help.

Does anybody know: I was in mid-vape one day with my Boge Revolution V2 when it suddenly quit. Inspection of device went as follows. First, I still had LED's lighting up displaying power when hitting the fire button. It still showed all 3 lights (full power), and it was freshly charged. Button seemed to be working fine. After that, I pulled the post on the carto and it did nothing. Then I tried other carto's and still nothing. Keep in mind, all of said carto's fired on all other devices. Next, I tried pushing up the connection from the bottom. From what I could feel through pushing, and pulling, and resistance of screwing in the carto, that I had a connection. Still nothing. Now, I popped open the box and carefully inspected that all wires were still connected to all area's, especially the connections between button and connection. Everything looked fine. Anybody have any idea what is wrong with this thing? Thanks.
