its not even 1 day old, got it in the mail charged it up till it was full used it, needed a recharge and i screw it back in the light turns red and nothing, was charging it all night while i was sleeping and still no charge on it, someone please help me !!!!!

Did you push the button on the front of the case to activate the charging cycle for the battery? I'm not 100% sure but I think you have to push one of the buttons and hold it down for a few seconds to start it.
yea the 1 batt will get the pcc to turn red but still dont charge, the other batt will not light up the light at all, have a new pcc coming that said its a faulty pcc but i seem to think its something else but we will see
There's a pillar with a hole for the Elite batteries. Try using a needle or something to pry that pillar up a bit so it can make contact with the charger when you put it to charge. Works for me.

im extremely sure that its a pcc problem, and it happens. you'll know for sure when you new pcc comes.
Did you try a hard or soft reset on the PCC? This is common on m702 PCC models. I forget the actual sequence but if you search on here PCC rest you should be able to find it.
