Lemon-lime, o_O, lemon-lime e-liquid, where art thou?

And yes, RevolverRep is quite good at teasing us... But it's totally worth it, because all of their stuff kicks .... And if that wasn't enough, their customer service, in my experience, was nearly instant and 100% helpful. Just saying.

We recently received a large shipment of 401/elite carts that it seems, sit loose on the atomizer. however if u ever so slightly crimp the end of the cart with your fingers, it fits just fine. but we know most people will not want to do this extra step and some people will get just plain upset and not understand. therefore we have pulled the carts from the website. while we wait for the new carts to arrive, we are going to sell these carts off the website. anybody who wants some carts and does not mind squeezing them (they still work great just gotta take that extra step) we will be selling them off for half price. So $2.50 per 5 pack. If you are interested in buying some of these B stock carts please let me know. I will let you know if your desired strength and flavors are available. Of course all orders over $20 still ship free, however the purchase of these carts will be a separate transaction from the website.

email me at msmith@revolvercig.com if you are interested!!!

Hey, I gotta give props where props are due....

I had/have one of the early Elite kits. I've always been pretty happy with it.. but I've always had to deal with the PCC "glitch" where it won't charge the PV battery if the PCC battery is topped off. It is/was just a minor annoyance to me, but it stopped me from recommending the unit to "noobs".

Dropped you guys an EMAIL about this the other day.. just asking if "new" units still had this problem. You promptly sent me out a new PCC!

And I'm very, very, very happy to say that this PCC performs and behaves completely differently from my original unit! So far.. absolutely no problems at all.

Bravo and well done!

AHA! That is why mine wouldn't charge! Well they immediately sent me a new one the other day, and it works great. I'll have to remember that.

To the forum mods - I apologize in advance if this is out of line...

While it sounds like response has improved, I sent a proposal/request to Matt at revolvercig early on - to which he responded they didn't have the stock, but would be interested once they received more product.

After I noticed they were stocked up again, I emailed a quick reminder... to which no reply was received. A second note was sent, because I know things can get lost in the electrons - and still no reply. No reply was ever received.

My gripe is not that he/they decided against the proposal - that's their decision, it's their business - my gripe is the total lack of courtesy shown by not replying at all to a proposal he had indicated interest in

They lost a potential customer (me) for sure – and possibly others that I have turned to e-cigs, but pointed to other suppliers that understand customer service. (I’ll acknowledge it might well be a past and resolved issue, but first impressions are lasting impressions).

Just my experience and just my opinion.

hmmmm. im not sure what you are talking about. what sort of proposal was this? a business proposal? i can assure you if you contacted anyone at reVolver for a customer service issue or question they would take the time to respond back to you. other than that i feel your being a little vague with what your trying to say and i need to understand this a little better if you would like me to help you resolve this issue.

There is no issue to resolve at this point - I simply was stating my experience with RevolverCigs...

I was vague for a reason - but that's irrelevant -- after establishing communication and then to simply not respond is poor customer service. A simple "sorry no longer interested" would have been acceptable.

Sent a PM with details that need not be posted here

What I meant by "I’ll acknowledge it might well be a past and resolved issue" - is that customer service apparently has improved (based on comments from others).

This is a closed issue now as far as I am concerned.

Respectfully,

After reviewing the PM I have concluded that this had 0% to do with customer service, and 100% a business proposition that wasn't addressed as quickly as the proposer had hoped. I will remind that since ReVolver started, the company has grown with great leaps and bounds... just like many of the other ecig sellers. While we take pride in our customer service for the outstanding performance of the people who respond to everyones questions and concerns, we also take the time to follow through to the people with business requests such as "review kits". We must carefully select who will receive a free kit for a review and in which order. Of course if we were giving away free kits all day we would be out of business. But if we say we will keep you in mind, then we will. But knowing how many requests for this we get everyday, it would be difficult to get a kit to any one person as quick as they had hoped. Especially in time for the holidays. While sales are very strong we have to limit how many free kits go out, this is just business. As a business person who would like to provide answers to all of my customers I have decided to post what this was all about. I feel if it was meant to private then it would have started as a PM in the first place. I also feel if a vague post about low standard customer service is posted in my thread, then it deserves an explanation to our customers. Sorry to have inconvenienced you.

Respectfully,

ReVolverrep (Matt)

I follow this thread whenever there is an update. This has to be a great product because they are always sold out of everything! I'm chomping at the bit waiting on new info on the genesis and when I see an update I think "oh great...news!" instead its just some guy whinng that he can't sell revolver stuff himself?!? With time this company will improve their stock issues and I can't wait to hear more about their new products.

One a side note, if the elite is a branded M702 will the Genesis be a branded 2nd party model as well or somthing proprietary? I hear tell its going to be a 510 but, I sure hope not cause 510's are messy (sweating around cart/atty connection).

hi there crippledbazooka. anytime you are looking for an update about anything or want news, just come on here and ask me. i will gladly let you know anything you want. i can tell you anything i know, if you ask. so with that, let me fill you in a bit. as far as stock issues, this was our first xmas so of course we stocked a little more than normal, but we now know that even more wasn't enough. The other factor in the out of stock issue right now, is that we are introducing a new surprise with the pcc, which you are the first to know this now. i cant say what because they wanted it to be a surprise, but this is the first post to reveal that detail.

any stock issues with carts and eliquids is our learning how to ship massive quantities at a time and eluding customs and the FDA. we will revert to our backup cart supplier if necessary but for now we are just trying different things. at this time the amount money for eliquid and carts lost to the fda so far lies in the 5 figures.

now for the new product, which is actually called the gemini. the reason is because the gemini is the sign for the twins, and that is exactly how the kit is, like having 2 of the same ecig, but they are different. first let me say that this is a 510 model, however it is such a different experience than the joye510 that is so popular. i know this because among the ReVolver team we have about 12 joye 510s. although this is a 510 model, and so many people sell that model, this is a custom kit that you will not find anywhere else. later on we will chronicle the process we took in constructing this kit. ill start by saying that everything you hate about the 510, short battery life, leaky atty/cart, crappy pcc..... all fixed. the kit comes with 2 batteries, 1 automatic and 1 manual. both have improved battery life. the cutoff for the automatic battery is 7-8 seconds, though i will explain in a moment that it is nearly impossible for a normal person to even reach that point. also the automatic battery will not activate on its own like the minis.

the kit also comes with 2 atomizers... imagine taking a puff off of your joye510 or.... go ahead and puff it really quick.... ill wait..................................................................................................................ok? got that? now imagine a better hit, one that is more satisfying to the heavier smokers...which is what this kit is all about, being the heavy hitter. what about the 2nd atty? that one is bigger than the first one, and is a POWER HITTER! this atty is so powerful that the longest we could actually hit it on the automatic battery was about 5 seconds. when it comes down to it, you will be able to mix and match your batteries and attys into 2 different 510s with 4 possible combinations of use.

the pcc is the best part. we found a 510 pcc that was basically stripped down...so much it could only charge automatic batteries. well we know that wont do. we worked with the manufacturer to figure out a way to change that, and we did. not only that the pcc will hold 5 carts, an atomizer with a cart attached...that makes 6 total carts, 1 battery charge slot, and 1 spare battery slot. best part is that the pcc is not the metal junky pcc that is the current standard for the 510. it is also nearly the size of the Elite PCC.

we will get pictures and what not up soon. we currently have everything except the 2nd atomizers and the automatic batteries. but they are on the way and the gemini will be for sale soon. in the meantime... anything else you want to know please ask....
