wow, so much for the little hints. way to go revolver rep.

But, we've spoken in the past and I was told the gemini will hold a fully assembled e-cig :(. I guess that didn't make it into the final plans? But But, the new features of your 510 doesn't leak at the atty/cart connection, and the "powerhit" 510 atty this sounds real great. Can you give out a release date yet? Oh and will it have alot of color options like the elite? Will it be compatible with other comps 510 parts (im thinking batts only). Sorry to hear the FDA took over 10,000 bux of your stuff, thats awful.

One thing I would like to mention about revolver is that I suggested to them a while back that I wish there was a vendor that would carry lemon/lime juice since I couldn't find it anywhere. Come to find out a few weeks later I see on their website that they carry lemon/lime juice and even go as far to send me a free bottle for the suggestion. A+ revolver and thanks for the juice :).

they are made by 2 different manufacturers, but in my opinion the Gemini will be alot more consistent in the manufacturing process. But of course just like all ecigs, your going to have a few issues here and there. My advice is contact customer service and have them help you out.

Tried through the website and never got a response, is there a direct email? Or should I call?

After reviewing the PM I have concluded that this had 0% to do with customer service, and 100% a business proposition that wasn't addressed as quickly as the proposer had hoped. I will remind that since ReVolver started, the company has grown with great leaps and bounds... just like many of the other ecig sellers. While we take pride in our customer service for the outstanding performance of the people who respond to everyones questions and concerns, we also take the time to follow through to the people with business requests such as "review kits". We must carefully select who will receive a free kit for a review and in which order. Of course if we were giving away free kits all day we would be out of business. But if we say we will keep you in mind, then we will. But knowing how many requests for this we get everyday, it would be difficult to get a kit to any one person as quick as they had hoped. Especially in time for the holidays. While sales are very strong we have to limit how many free kits go out, this is just business. As a business person who would like to provide answers to all of my customers I have decided to post what this was all about. I feel if it was meant to private then it would have started as a PM in the first place. I also feel if a vague post about low standard customer service is posted in my thread, then it deserves an explanation to our customers. Sorry to have inconvenienced you.

Respectfully,

ReVolverrep (Matt)

Wow - while I said I was done with this, I will NOT let him characterize my criticism as 100% business and 0% customer service... or misrepresent what was contained in the PMs

The PM exchange CLEARLY pointed out it had nothing to do with not having him accept the proposal - it was ONLY the result of him not responding to 2 individual contacts AFTER he initially said he MIGHT BE INTERESTED. (At the time of my earlier posts I did not know that ReVolverrep on this forum was Matt; the same person I originally made contact with for the proposal).

A respectful reply saying ‘no longer interested’, or whatever was appropriate, in a timely manner was all that would have been necessary. The follow up contact was made 11/6 – a full 6-1/2 weeks prior to my post, and plenty of time for even a busy person to reply.

I have dealt with many companies, in many industries - I fully acknowledge, and accept, many are not interested in reviews - but I have never had a company reply to an initial contact with a potentially positive remark
(a quote from our initial email exchange: "Sounds good. We will keep you in mind. Thanks, Matt")
be so disrespectful as to not even acknowledge follow up correspondence.

While the decision to not participate in the review is a business decision; whether Matt likes it or not (and acknowledges it or not), the correspondence (or lack thereof, in this case) with a potential customer is 100% customer service.

I do apologize for his decision to bring this to the forum.

...when we said we would keep you(and many others) in mind we meant it. we just are not at the point yet to hand out that many free kits for review. nobody was avoiding you im sorry you felt that way. if you still want to discuss this matter we can in PM however i was hoping that this issue could have long been put to rest.

not knowing the exact date because of shipping times but it will be available as soon as the final part arrives. we are considering a presale however.

as far as color options it wont be as many but there will be other options instead to be announced later.

i believe alot of current 510 parts are compatble with the gemini but i wont vouch on it. i know there were some issues with cart compatibility, but thats all i found so far.

I'm very very interested in this new gemini. Specifically, the atomizer and the PCC. I have an AWFUL lot of 510 "stuff" and even got some 306 atty's so I could dip with my existing 510 batts. Also picked up some adaptors so I can use a 808 cartomizer with my 510 batts as well. I never had a whole lot of problems with the 510 PCC, per se, but I'm exceedingly interested in what you have to offer. 3 carts for the existing PCC is pretty darn lame, but I just carried a bottle of juice around with me to top off carts with and I was in good shape. It would be nice to be able to carry enough filled carts to not have to do that...

I already have a pretty impressive collection of PV's (for somebody who's only been vaping since november or so), but I'll probably buy a gemini kit when they're available. I am curious about the atty design, though. Is the atty hidden "down the rabbit hole" like the existing 510, or will it be more accessible like the 306 / 401 / 602 models? I've become quite a big fan of dipping while at home, and that would be nice to have as an option.

Also, if you guys are looking for another PV to give the "revolver treatment" to, consider smoore's 602. It is, by a large margin, my favorite PV right now. The throat hit and amounts of vapor ROCK. Only real problems with them are cart capacity (not that big of a deal since I usually dip it) and THERE IS NO PCC.

Anyways, enough rambling. Keep us posted on availability of the gemini, and have a happy new year!

thanks for your interest Rick, the atomizer of course is hidden "in the rabbit hole" but when you look down that hole you will see a noticeable difference.

ive heard alot of good things about the new 602, but am yet to try one. were going to gain stability on the products we have right now before we venture into new areas, especially while waiting for the outcome of the court case. however we do have many ideas in the works right now. stay tuned for many surprises in 2010 from ReVolver.

Happy New Year to All
