Ribbon Wire

I want to try building one of my genesis atomizers with ribbon wire. The wiremeshcompany has these sizes.

0.4mm x 0.1mm (0.016" x 0.004")


0.5mm x 0.1mm (0.02" x 0.004")


Can anyone give me the short rundown on what to expect using this? Is there a better size. I have not played around with sub ohm coils yet and have interest, but this is not necessarily my goal.

i know the .5mm x .1mm translates to 30.25 AWG
