As far as international shipping, I am a shirt designer and printer and I ship multitudes of international orders a week. Honestly the best, least hassle free way is to sign up for an account at Endicia. You can ship international first class cheaper than if you stand in line at USPS. You can print the shipping labels directly from your printer, the labels are cheap on Amazon (like $10 for 100 8.5 x 11 peel and stick labels), you just sign the label where it indicates and drop in your mailbox, or at the nearest USPS. No other forms to fill, no standing in line. You can even sign up with Endicia for a 30 day trial for free to check it out.
Kind of hard to imagine that you can't print out USPS International 1st class shipping at the actual USPS site, but it's true. Endicia is great for it though. If you keep it, I think it is around $15 per month. Which you will save in time and money as it is around $3-$5 cheaper to do it through Endicia in the comfort of your office vs standing in line at USPS.

When I discovered Endicia, it was a godsend. And way cheaper to boot. On the rare occassion that I've had to go to the post office, I've asked them WHY they don't have International 1st class shipping enabled on their own website, yet I can do it from Endicia or Stamps.com (prefer Endicia myself) and their answer is "Dunno".
I actually kinda love USPS, my dad also works for them. But they really need to get with the times a bit.
