I used to smoke 12-15 Richmond super king menthols a day. I've recently quit to vaping 12mg around every 5/10 minutes. I feel pretty good about this with no withdrawals
However not to be really self absorbed here but I think the ladies out there will understand this, in 2 weeks I go on an all inclusive holiday in Spain. So basically 10 days of drinking and food (well deserved break yipeeee)
Anyway, I'd rather not be slowing my metabolism down right now since it's about to have that to deal with hahaha, mmm sangria. Anyway, I was wodndering if I should up the nic till I got back? Don't want to gain weight but id rather deal with that after I get back if I had to. And to feel confident in my swim wear...
