I would have ignored it and allowed those who chose to participate along with the tribute their peace to do so. If the man was still alive and we were debating some policy he was promoting or a speech he gave, all voices should debate it. This was a tribute to his death and the responses attacking him (and those of us who are saddened by his death) show a total lack of class.
