Videos from Rip and PBusardo gave me the knowledge to start building coils. Both are entertaining, but I really appreciate the Phil's unbiased opinion and sense of humor. His crab juice review was one of the funniest videos I had seen in a long time.
GrimmGreen bores me to tears. I don't want to fast forward through 30 minutes of chit chat to get to something informative.

Dmitri, Phil, Rip, Grim, Twisted420, Todd,

I watch them all. They all add something useful to conversation and all make videos because they love vaping and want to help people know more about the products that are available. I don't have time to hate on someone who is making YouTube videos.
If it is a product plan on buying I watch Phil's video more than once. If I don't plan on making a purchase I usually fast forward a little. The in depth reviews he does are only ones that go that far on all of Youtube, so while some people complain about that, I hope he never changes.

I watch them all, but only when I'm looking for opinions and exposure to new devices. Phil Busardo is my favorite reviewer and source for information. Rip is entertaining and a good reference for coil building on various devices. Rip does efficient video editing. I don't mind his aggressive, cut it to the bone editing. It gets to the point and doesn't take so much of my time. Grim Green gets my mouse click if he's doing something I'm interested in.
I try to watch them all. But always end up at Rip's page. Mainly because when I click on a Phil vid, and its 30+ minutes, f#k that. Rip is a cut to the chase kind of guy. Yes his humor is 1920's and in most cases a little on the dry side. But he's informative. And I don't feel like he leaves anything out THAT HE SEES OR FINDS. All of his views are subjective, and his opinion. As are everyone else's. To each his own I suppose. Happy vid hunting.

I watch any/all of them when they are talking about something I'm interested in, but of the reviewers I've watched so far, my big favorites are VapinGreek, RubyRoo, Todd, Igetcha69. I had to get used to RubyRoo; she made me nervous at first, but now she just seems like your zany, smart friend who's sort of over the top sometimes, but a lot of fun to hang out with -- and actually pretty damn solid.

The 'older' crew like PBusardo and Dimitri rip my knitting a bit. They seem like very nice guys but their reviews feel a bit like wind bag conversations that happen inside the over-priced country club. I really like Smoke Free Radio but they should really rename it to "Dimitri Talks At People At 700mph".

I've done most of my learning from RiP Trippers. I like the bombastic, ultra edited bang-bang-bang of his movies because they just get right down to the detail. I think most YouTube reviewers will only review the stuff they like which is a decent enough way to avoid controversy. Agree with everyone else's observation about RiP being biased towards US manufacturers. It's a fairly typical a American trait though so it's nothing new.

Really like GrimmGreen. He's just a really nice guy. I don't watch him for reviews; I see him as a mate who likes to talk about new gear. He's the least formulaic of all of the 'big stars'.

Todd's from Scotland, therefore he's the king of them all. ;) I've often wondered if he's just about to burst into tears. Todd's got an engineering/automotive background I think. He can speak 'engineering' so can get right into the actual details very well.

Twisted 420 and Ruby Roo are both good watches. I don't take anything from them but I like that or vibes.

Indoor Smookers is a loud mouthed buffoon of a man. "WOO YEEEAAAAHH!" and all that other American fist-pumping junk are just noise. Get a haircut and act your age, man.

I liked vape team media at first... But it seems like their weekly videos have fallen off the map.

Demetri flipped around to get a card from a booth and nearly knocked me over at a vape convention... I hollered something like "wow, you nearly plowed over me!" He shook my hand and that was it... Really dude? I know your busy, but seriously...

Any way, I think that jaded me against him..

RIP = Nice guy..good info..but his spastic editing annoy me.

420= a guy I would have beer with, vape, and lmao with.

Grimm.. got me into vaping. He is like a best buddy. Very knowledgeable but I do miss his straight reviews. Glad he is bringing them back.

Pbusardo... my go to guy for new reviews. Also along with Grimm is the reason I vape today.

I'm pretty much inured to Rip's editing and catch phrases and just watch him for the builds. I enjoy PBusardo's videos the most because he's thorough, informative, and funny. I still watch GrimmGreen's videos, but liked them better when they were less VLOGgy. I like Todd, Ruby Roo, Robert the Armed Vaper, and igetcha69 a lot, too.

I've been wondering for a while so took the time now to check how many subscribers each had. My opinion on each of these:

Rip Trippers, 153,000. He's definitely doing something right in appealing to his audience ;). For me his style is neither a plus or a minus, but he does get me chuckling sometimes. Enjoy watching his builds, not so much hardware reviews. He sometimes doesn't understand the technical side of things.

GrimmGreen, 110,000. I've only watched a couple of his videos. Did nothing for me so I never watched any more.

Pbusardo, 77,000. My go-to reviewer. I like his style and sense of humor. I like the that he's technical and mostly he understands things. Lately he's done a couple of sub-standard reviews and I hope that stops so he doesn't lose credibility.

Twisted 420, 44,000. I've only watched a couple of his videos. Did nothing for me so I never watched any more.

igetcha69, 39,000. I watch his reviews if no-one else reviewed it. Not technical enough for me.

Todd, 33,000. I like his style and sense of humor. If he reviewed something I'm interested in I'll always watch it.

But that's me and as always, YMMV :thumb:

I like him. Annoying? Yes. Frequently annoying. I have daughters who watch Dora, she yells at me too so I guess that's why I can handle him. His passion for Vaping is obvious and that makes up for his annoying persona. I'm sure he is probably a super cool guy outside of YouTube. I appreciate some of his perspectives that he shares as well. He is very informative when it comes to coil building and gives credit where credit is due. Sure he mostly reviews American made RDA's and higher end devices. Speaks his mind about knock-off's that most of us actually vape on BUT he obviously cares more about our manufacturing companies and small business's trying to make it and fully supports them. I respect him for that. The editing thing has got to go though...
