Riva 510 Batteries

I picked up a Riva set that came with two batteries a week ago. Already, I can tell the contact that meets the atomizer is not correctly set so it won't allow charging or vaping (if I do get it to charge). On one the contact actually fell out. When I press the button down, I can see it move. Trying to set it back some times work if I fiddle with it for a while but one battery is completely gone. I'm not sure if its worth it to contact the seller.

The craving got me, so I'm back on tobacco but ordered an Ego with higher hopes.

**edit: looks like it was unsealed and liquid got in to the button area. The light still flashes on the button.

I'm guessing you got the riva kit from LF? If so, just shoot them an email (support address on their site) and see if it is covered under their warranty. They're pretty quick to respond.

I had a different prob with a 2 week old riva batt from liberty flights and they corrected it immediately!! got the new one in the mail 3 days after I emailed them. Love My Rivas and will always shop liberty flights.

Just as a follow up. LF is going to cover the warranty on the battery. I'll thank them for being an awesome seller!

You can not beat the customer service at Liberty Flights. They do care. They honor warranties - and then some. Top that off with their prices and you have found yourself a really good company to do business with.

I bought my Riva from Vapor Junction and love it! One of the batteries (1100 mAH) had a button that worked every other time. Told them about it and they replaced it right away. Also a good company.
