Riva 510 no instructions: confused about charging please help!

So I want to charge it properly, and I'm not sure if it comes fully charged or not.

I've seen an instruction manual for it http://www.liberty-flights.com/documents/manuals/riva.pdf

But it doesn't really make it any less confusing

If somebody can please help

Does it come fully charged?

How do I know when it's finished charging?

Do the red lights turn off when done? green ones are flashing as well

When you just get it, it will have some charge in it. I would turn it on ( click 5 times until it blinks ) to make sure it works first. Then turn it back off ( click 5 times until the light blinks, sometimes I have to click it a few more times until it does blink though). The first time you charge it should be for a total of 8 hours, so even if the light on your charger turns green, leave it alone. ( The one I have is a little weird since the charger sometimes blinks green then red or it looks like a mix of green/red. It should turn totally green in the end though) Once you finish charging it for 8 hours, you can use it for 20 minutes then charge it again for 1 hour.
This is only for the "initial" charge. After that you can charge it like normal. It says that it usually takes about 3 hours each time you charge ( you know your batteries are out of juice when the light blinks around 12 times? I never really counted though ) Usually I just wait for the light to turn green though. From what I know, its better not to leave it charging overnight since its bad for the battery.

I just charged mine till it turned green and vaped it till it died. I had a kgo but they had those same goofy instructions.

I'd just charge it 'till the light turns steady green, then vape away. Shouldn't be more than 2 hours, since it'll have some charge already.

I can't recommend following their instructions, as they seem idiotic to me. All of the data that I've read on these batteries indicates that leaving them on for 8 hours is not at all beneficial, and just increases risk of overcharging.

If it came with 2 batteries, just vape away on one while the other charges. Those batteries don't have a memory. Charge until the light turns green and take it off the charger right away.
