I have a Riva 510. Question is can I use any 510 parts or does it have to be strictly riva parts?

You can use regular 510 atomizers and carts and cartomizers and also eGo carts atomizers and cartomizers.

Any 510 threaded parts will work on your Riva. That includes 510, eGo and Riva carto's, atty's, and cart's. The chargers are also interchangeable. I'm not sure about the PCC however.
