Only the USB turns green when charge is compleat when normally charging, however it should be kept on the charger for 8 hours on the first charge.

Yes this is correct

first charge = 8 hours regardless of lights

then vape for 20 minutes

then charge again for 1 hour regardless of lights

then conditioning charge is done correctly-

then go to normal charging - should be about 3 hours.......

One more question. Is the usb charger suppose to start blinking between red and green when charging? Or does it just change to green when charging is complete?

it blinks, when it gets so far into the charging process --

it is testing to see the amount of charge in there

then it should give a hard green when done --

It's been charging for over a hour and it's still not blinking. Is something wrong?

and nearly 3 for all other times,

and sometimes it will not blink at all,

screw the riva battery into the end, then plug the ac bit into the poewr.

the riva battery should flash blue on the button about 5 or 6 times
then the flat bit with the lite is on
lite should turn red
then it is charging

now wait for it --
