Riva battery wont shut off

My fairly new Riva battery burned out an atty tonight. The light wont come on and the battery doesnt cut off. Im kinda ...... as I was really loving this one. Should I send it back (was purchased in a kit from Nhaler.)

How long ago did you purchase it? I would most definitely call or email them, it won't hurt to try! Good luck with it.. that's not a good situation.. do you have a backup pv?

Youre right about Drew, hes a great guy! The other battery died last night too so it must have been a defective kit.. havent heard of anyone else having problems. It happens, as with everything and Nhaler is good on their word.Communication is superb and friendly. Im ok with supplies till I get my replacement ...got plenty of 510s and my eGo kit is still vaping well. knocks on wood!!
