Riva/Ego/Hello 016 charger compatibility

Dearest Veterans,
This seems like a question that should have been answered before, but I promise I've done the searching and found nothing that answers it specifically. I assume that Ego chargers are able to charge Riva and Hello batteries, and vice versa. Can someone confirm?

I can confirm the eGo and Riva compatibility and I found this on the Hello charger:

The Hello cone doesn't fit the others though.
