I keep reading about all these new Ego's and Tornados and such. I just dont get all the hype.

I get my Riva kits from Liberty Flights for about $35 which comes with 2 full ecigs. They are about as long as a traditional cigarette but just a little thicker. Now I'll admit the included attys arent that great but the Riva batteries last me more than a day each when fully charged. Dont get me wrong, the included attys work, they just seem to die a little quicker than the genuine Joyes do. I use both Joye 510 attys and Dual Coil cartos on these batteries and they both work great. For $35 - 2 full RIVAS,10 empty carts, USB charge and ac adapter - its a pretty good deal.

Ive been vaping for 3 years now and these Rivas have MORE than fit the bill. Ive had a couple of batteries that have lasted me over a year of constant vaping - thats no lie. Im not sure what the standard MAH is on these things but its more than enough for me.

If I had any complaints at all about the RIVA it would be that I wish the button was a little more recessed as sometimes if I put it in my jacket pocket along with my keys it has activated while sitting down.

To each his own...but if you want an e-cig that just does what its supposed to and lasts much longer than a traditional 510...I dont think you will find anything at a better price/value than a RIVA.

That was my first kit and I still use it and have a backup in my glove box in case my other rigs fail, batts die, etc. I love the RIVA and with the right atty on it I get a good day's worth of vaping out of it. Liberty Flight's does have the best deals I've seen for a starter kit. I try recommending this to anyone starting. Their might be better starters out there but this is a great kit for sure.

I would have to agree, sometimes just the basics are all you need. I had pretty much abandoned them for a while, I don't drip and the boges weren't doing it for me.

I have discovered the Riva T Tank (ce2), my juice tastes completely different in these, much cleaner, crisper flavor and more easily cleaned than regular cartos. I can also extract the juice if I decide to change it, something that was such a pain in the boge.

Originally I got them at Cropdusters;
RIVA-T TANK - $4.99 : Cropduster901!, Home of the B-52

Good Prophets is now carrying them as a complete unit, or individual pieces;
CE2's

I agree about the Riva. The battery life is more than adequate, especially since I carry two of them in my pocket in case one goes out. But I don't have to lift a giant battery up each time I use it !

As for the Riva button, I LIKE the way it sticks out more than the eGo, because I have trouble finding the button on an eGo while, say, driving. The Riva is easy.

Also, the Riva puts out more voltage than an eGo over most of its battery charge. Thus, more vapor.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the Riva the same as an Ego?I love my Ego and don't have the money for all the Lava tubes etc.I also love Liberty Flights.

You know, I could have sworn my first RIVA was a 750Mah BAT but now it is the same as an EGO: 650Mah. I only have the older versions of the battery and notice they do seem to perfrom a little better then the standard ego batts with the same atty's on it but that could be due to a lot of different things.

The newest versions of the RIVA have the same 5 click On/Off saftey feature that the EGO's have. Not sure if they still have the rubber button instead of the cheapy plastic feeling style on the Ego. WAY more comfy on the finger:)

I have the Riva-t but was wondering how you clean them.
I haven't tried to take mine apart but I just shoot real hot water into them with a syringe and shake them around and then suck out and repeat several times. I think using vodka or PGA would probably work better. If you use them right away it will take a few minutes to get them to vape good. I haven't tried to dryburn any yet but you would just have to do it blind being as you can't see the coil.
