On a side note, Funk Dracula mentioned that it's a modified Chinese dripper.......what is the original unmodified version? I would love to have an original non-bottom-fed version to put on my Provari.

Maybe your best bet for a non-bottom-fed version would be to ask Rob for an RM2 without bottom feed. I say this because he does a bit of machining of the upper rim on the base (this gives more access to build the coil) and he drills the airhole. Also he does some quality control on the center pin and base arrangement. A standard RM2 gets even more work done on it - the lower base is machined to give clearance for the Reo catch cup, the center pin is drilled, the ceramic cup is modified and the center pin to post connection is modified. I bought a couple of Triangles for parts, and then I realized how much work Rob was doing to transform them into RM2's.

I think it would work great - I also enjoy dripping on the odd occasion and trying different flavors. Its fun but it also reminds me how good and how convenient a Reo is!

I have several RM2's and one IGO-S.
I really can't imagine anything better than the RM2. For how I vape and what I am getting from it I am very happy.
Wouldn't even consider any higher priced rba's at this point. Sure they might look different, maybe even more attractive, but that for me is not a factor.

The RM2 is a winner. I have identical coils on both an Igo-L and an Octopus which I use for testing juice on my Provari - and I can't for the life of me get the same flavor as the same coil on an RM2....it's annoying!

Hmmm, now I'm at a bit of a dilemma point. Based on comments from Nerak and Amanda - wondering if it's even worth getting an Igo RDA for the occasional testing of DIY/new vendor juices before dedicating a bottle to them. Or, should one just spend a bit more and get a Non-bottom fed RM2 (if this is even possible). ???? Thoughts???

You can buy the regular sealed RM2 here: Triangle Stainless Steel Rebuildable Atomizer

I really think just dripping in your RM2 is the best. That is what I do with new flavors. I vape till the coil is pretty dry then drip. It gives a good idea of the flavor for me.

The Igo RDA is cheaper if you want to just use that though.

Just incase, this is a non milled version so will only work an LP. I get them for the spare parts, so if I screw up an RM2 making mods to it I can get it back to like new for $10
