As most of you know, Roar Vapor implamented an age verification service on our site and had a few kinks when we did. I believe we have worked out as many of those kinks as we can and since all online sales will need to be age verified in the future now that the FDA has stuck it's finger in, I thought it would be a good idea to help people see what they are in for.
If you haven't signed up with the site since the new year, there are a few additional things needed than your average vape site. The service just checks your name, address, and year of birth to a public database that the governement already has. If your information is correct, you are in. This does mean that you will need to be a US Citizen and 18+ though.
When signing up, you will need to use all your correct information (usually the information that is on your drivers license) and your real year of birth.
If you are over 18 years old and it won't let you register... Trouble Shooting:
IF you have moved in the last 12 months, try using your old address to register (you can change that after you register).
IF you have recently gotten married or otherwise changed your name, try using your old name.
Make sure everything is correctly capitalized and punctuated.
If all else fails, try googling your address. It might be some silly little thing that is different from how you normally write it.
