True story.

By mistake, I got the wrong RM2 with my LP Reo Grand order. It was for the regular grand. Called Rob to ask about it. He said he would get the LP RM2 shipped out right away. I mentioned that I would send the mistaken RM2 back to him the next morning, and send him the tracking #. But Mr. O'Neil interrupted me, and said : (exact words)

"Don't worry about it. Keep it for spare parts, or better yet... go ahead and fire it up. It'll work! I want you vaping... instead of waiting!"

That right there ladies and gentlemen is why I'm a Reonaut for life!!! Thank you Robert O'Neil for creating the best damn vaping machine (yes, machine... not device) on the planet! There is No other way... except the REO way.

Love ya, Rob. (in a non-homosexual way).

Note: The LP RM2 arrive about 36 hrs later on Friday morning.

I would like to thank Rob for making such a user friendly device. I broke my firing pin the other day and it took me less then five minutes to take the broken one off and replace it with a new one. Rob is one of the few mod manufactures that I can think of that will sell you all the parts you need to rebuild your device, and after being in that situation, I'm very thankful for that.

Ironically, I feel the same about my Reos.

As for Rob, he has mastered the production of an excellent product along with the talent for making his customers feel valuable and appreciated. A rare combination.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned and something I appreciate a lot is that the upgrades that have been made available and incorporated into current models can be retrofitted to older models. Other manufacturers would simply put out the new improved model and make you pay for it if you wanted the latest and greatest model. But not Rob, no, he sells the upgrade parts or fits them to your older mod at a very reasonable price. This gives us confidence in the product that no other manufacturer can compete with.

Thanks Rob...For a great mod that just WORKS! My 4 LP Grands and RM2's are just as dependable and enjoyable as the day I received them. Yes, it was a little cash outlay in the beginning, but boy have I saved a ton from not buying junk that doesn't do as promised.
