I thought I would have to put a review up for Rob. I have been getting the Honey Flue Cured from him for a while now and absolutely love it. It has a distinct taste to it that is great. The main reason for this review is to say he is one of the best when it comes to customers service and support.
All of his order are always filled in a timely manner with excellent communication and tracking numbers for the packages.
I have corresponded with him through email on a number of times and to my surprise he called me this morning out of the blue just to make sure my order had been received and to make sure everything was good, and to let me know of some new flavors they will be coming out with as well as a 510 Cartomizer with there unique blends of flavoring in them.
The phone call caught me off guard cause I didnt know who it was by the number but he properly introduced himself in a very professional way and we had a great 15 minute conversation on the phone.
All I can say is Rob deserves a 5 Star rating for his professional demeanor, Quality products, Shipping service and overall sense of being a business owner and bestowing it upon us as the customer.
Many thanks to you Rob, and if any one has any doubts about LiquidXpress I hope this changes your mind as he is a stand up guy and a great person to deal with

I ordered flavoring on Sunday, and it arrived Wednesday. From Cali to NY in 3 days. Very fast shipping.

He called me the other day...I was totally shocked ! I've never had a supplier give me a phone call to just see how I liked what I had ordered.

This is way above and beyond what most normally do.

I will definately be looking to order again.

Got my order from liquid express last week-along with a phone message from Rob making sure I was happy with the products-Yes I am! Do have a question-I ordered the 510 cartos with Taboo and a bottle of the Taboo juice...I have also purchased another LExpress custom-carmel machiato thru dietsmokes. That and Taboo are almost identical in taste,vape and appearance-are they the same? Taboo is a better price deal. I love them both.

No the taboo juice from the bottle doesn't taste the same as in the 510 cartos. Its not bad different,just different. I am waiting on a shipment of the honey flucure cartos and a bottle of the same juice-it will be interesting to see if they taste the same like the taboo products do.

Forgot to mention that I also ordered the liquidxpress 510 cartos from dietsmokes in carmel machioto and also use the carmel mac. juice and those two are very similar in taste-unlike the taboo flavored ones,

I just noticed this thread AFTER I emailed Mike from LiquidXPress thanking him for the phone call. But now that I remember, I was woken up by Rob or Mike...I can't remember..Either way LiquidXPress has great service. I was shocked about getting a call on my opinion of their product, 2 thumbs up guys.

LiquidXpress has the best customer service as well as my favorite liquids. I just received a call from them this weekend too. I have never received a phone call from any other vender. The few times I have e-mailed with a question, I have received a quick reply. They also have lightening fast shipping. I placed an order early Saturday afternoon that (according to USPS) will be delivered today. Beside the fact that they ship quickly, I can't figure out how I get orders from CA to FL faster than I get orders from other vendors in the same or nieghboring states.

Well, I gotta give my main supplier; Rob @ Liquidxpress.com some props. Listen, when your done trying all the rest, go over to liquidxpress. That's what I did...after discovering Honey Flue cured, I knew that I found my supplier....I've been ordering from them for about a year now and I still love his juice.

Fast service? Oh yeah...about as fast as possible, I'd say....I order and then a couple of hours, it's shipped and on it's way...then 2 or 3 days(lates) it's in my hands.

Website? Excellent order site and love the informative reviews and inventory status....ie. if you order 3 of something and he only has 2 in stock, you'll see that there is less in inventory than what you placed in your cart.

What more could you want?

Liquidxpress rocks...keep up the good work, Rob....I, for one, appreciate your prompt and considerate service.
