WTF..... how are they classifying "convenience store" exactly since you can buy beer at Wegmans (grocery store), Tops (grocery store) etc.? Does a store have to carry tobacco, alcohol, and lottery tickets?

What I'd do for a "C" store somewhere closer than the 5 miles or so I have to travel to to get to one.

That can't be it either, maybe there's a tax dept based classification somewhere based on size of store, or good carried.
