Unfortunately I've been having the exact same problem with leaking air holes. No matter what I try. I love the rocket it vapes like a champ. But it's really starting to aggravate me to the point that I'm ready to throw it out into the field.
Fortunately there have been some suggestions made here that I have not tried yet. Gonna go try em now. Thanks OP and all the rest of you for the thread and the tips.

The Rocket will not leak at all if the cotton (what I use) is laid down in front of the juice "valleys" on the bottom. You can even lay them down on their side and they wont leak.

If you want a fast fix, put some cotton inside BELOW the coil and up to the coil......make sure the air hole that is directly under your coil is not obstructed.

If you want a permanent fix, your wick should come out of the coil, go down to the base and be laid across the juice valleys/juice holes (there are two of them). These two valleys need to have wick in front of them on any Kayfun type build or the thing will fill up with juice and leak.

My wife and daughter are vaping rockets as we speak. Ive owned these clones for a couple of months now as well as other Kayfun type toppers.

I know this is old, but just got a Rocket and the leaking is bad. I am trying your solution, but there is a section that screws back that can't go back if the cotton is covering the channels. HELP

Whatnametouse I see you posted this about a month ago you do not cover the juice channels you can not get cotton on the threads where you screw down the chimney, take a look on youtube Rip Trippers has a great video showing two different builds for the Kafun/Rocket they are pretty much the same thing his video is called " Chimney Micro Coil Build In A Kayfun Lite " I hope this helps everyone having troubles.

Got three Rockets now. They never leak no matter what I put them threw. Most dependable leak proof heads I own. I own most of the Kayfun clones. I fill with the fill hole and can top them up at any point and from empty till full takes me about 4 seconds. You need these and will never have a leaking head. I run mine with the air screw right out of it.

Run mine at 1.4 ohms with cotton. Long strands of cotton and pull them out the chimney then cut about 1/2 inch above then with a fine screw driver I poke them down to the bottom of the juice channel. I make sure no wick is covering screws or coil and that it is all covering the two channels. Works like a champ. My favorite rebuildable.
