Have you thought about alertpay? Its not as refined as Paypal, and I have never used them, but it seems it might be a good temporary solution.

Add another account to that canceled list. As soon as the husband comes home ( got to ask first just in case he minds , to keep the marital bliss lol) there will be 2 accounts canceled just in this household.
Paypal will learn if enough of us put our foot down and the money walks.

Ordering e-cig stuff was the only thing I used PayPal for. I may cancel too. Hope you get back up and running quickly.

The court decision is to be announced Aug 17. Why would they cost themselves to lose money when a decision hasnt been made yet unless they knew something for sure.
Cutting off Rocky Mountain is #7 I think. There is a thread on here that you are asked to post in if you get cutoff by PayPal.

I would like to note that this temporary ordering will have no effect on shipping or service, and that everything on my side works the same as before. I only used paypal for payments and not for invoicing, shipping or inventory.

Im closed till Monday or Tuesday when the credit card service is up.
They closed the account I was using on the side.
