You mentioned in another thread (now locked, so I could not post this there) that there was ample evidence to support the claim of members from another forum attacking this one. Would you or someone on your staff be able to compile a list of those offenders? Time and 'worth of effort' may be against doing such a thing, but perhaps supplying the information to the admin(s) over there may help them self-police.
Heck, post the info yourself over there if you have the time, you'd be welcome to do so.
Why do I even care about this? Because I believe there is power and strength in numbers. We have a common cause to protect and promote our rights as vapers. All this cross-fighting (or, one-sided attacking, depending on your perspective) is doing nothing to support the Cause. Most over there claim to have that opinion as well - I like to think that, given the opportunity, they would support the outing and policing of their own. They do not ban people over there, but neither are they afraid of calling people to the carpet if they are found to be hurting, rather than helping, the community.
I think a real opportunity to show ECF support for the community was lost when the decision was made here to ban the promotion of a community driven and benefitting fund raising effort simply because the initial announcement came from known members of that forum.
If the admin(s) over there - and here - are truly interested in working to close the rift for the betterment of the vaping community as a whole, perhaps this would be a good way to demonstrate that interest or put to rest once and for all the question of true motive.
Okay, that's enough noise from just 'some guy' that happens to (for the most part) like and participate in BOTH forums.
