Anyone got a good recipe for Biscotti or Carmel candy? Been making my own for a few months now, still only got the basics figured out, but I am learning. A whole lot cheaper to make than buy pre-made, so any recipes for either would be appreciated, any formula would be fine, I can adjust.

Many of the major flavor extract companies sell both.

Which one is normally used in making the various pre-made RY4 juices?

I prefer Caramel over Caramel Candy in my RY4 Double mix. Caramel is like a soft caramel. Carmel Candy is like a hard Caramel candy (think Werthers ). I'm not a fan of Caramel Candy).

I was thinking that as in most of the pre-made RY4 that I have tasted in the past, that TFA 'RY4 Double' flavoring that was mentioned maybe already has a lot of caramel flavoring in it already and don't really need any additional added to it? ... maybe I'm wrong?

Anyway ... about how many percent of the caramel when mixing with TFA RY4 Double?

I mix RY4D at 8% usually with .5-1% of AP per 5ml for nuttyness (Halo Tribeca Clone). When I want a sweeter treat I add 2-3% Caramel Original and Vanilla Swirl (or Bavarian Cream).
