I bought those from fastech for about the same price and they work great on my Dremel ,I use them for just about everything and no problems yet and can't for see any.

I've been curious about these...Have you or anyone used them on copper, stainless or other hard metals? If so, how do they hold up? I have yet to find anything other than the grinding discs for my 4.5" angle grinder that will stand up to them without being destroyed in a few seconds.

I've used them lightly on ss so I can't really say if they will hold up under heavy use but for light use they work go.

I've used the crap out of these on copper. They work great...but you can usually only get one mod per bit.

One and done then...that's still better than Dremel's aluminum oxide grinding stones. Those practically disintegrated when I tried them on both copper & stainless, and they are the only grinders that Dremel claims will work on both hardened and non-ferrous metals. Funny thing though; if you search for the Fasttech-type sets on eBay some sellers warn that they aren't suitable for use on metal period.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback, it justifies the $5 I already spent on them. I know these are available in various grits, any one happen to know approximately where the FT ones land? I've seen ranges from 60-600...

QFT, for the price dremel charges for their stuff its kinda ridiculous.
