I've ordered dual coil and triple coil. When I get them, you can check in the HC forums, I promised to post a review.

You should try the single coil SmokTech 1.7Ω cartos.

All this talk about triples and 5V is kinda silly. To actually vape them at 5V means you'll need ~3.4A of current. I know of no 5V device available that can supply that amount of current.

Interesting, thanks WillyB! I just ordered a few of the smoktech dual coils along with my ego booster. I think the ego booster maxes out at 3A, I hope that is enough.

It will probably give you about ~4.4V. But the nice thing about the DCs and the 1.7Ω singles is how well they do at lower voltage.

Getting the clears will give you insight into how they work. It ain't always pretty.

With an eGo you may want to try these jumbo eGo DCs.
