I took the top of my roughstack apart and now it is not working, I have two of them and took apart and cleaned both, all connections look good (the plastic on the connecter is stuck in the one that is not working)

has anyone had this happen or advice (besides don't take it apart cause its too late for that)

Fiddle with the spring. I had mine do that.
The spring grounds out sometimes.

I have tried that and will try again, the plastic piece that goes into the connector seems to have "melted" a bit and also is stuck in there

The plastic piece in the connector is hot glued in and acts as an insulator so it's supposed to look a it melted
