So gotta share again. I meant to post this last week because this is when it happened. Started having problems with my Auto King, basically it cuts out when I pull on it; only for a fraction of a second but enough to where I don't get the pull I want and its only 3 weeks old. So I called and spoke with Gabe again and basically was told that it sounded like a bad switch. I find that I I go through batteries relatively faster than I want to so my first reaction was, crud I gotta have my charger on me non-stop till I get this replaced. This coming rox so hard he told me don't worry about it they would have one out to me this week and to hold onto the auto so I don't need to worry about the batteries until the new one gets here. Additionally, I have found that I like the manuals better so my replacement is a manual instead of an auto. I am sooooo impressed with the customer service of V4L. Think I am a lifer! Thanks again V4L!

No problem SIC0 sir glad it worked. For whatever reason pulling up the post on v2 king diamond or stealth work. Can't explain why it just does. :)

Is that what the post reset method is? Not unlike what you do to the center post of a carto that isnt making good contact, right?

I've seen you mention the "post reset" a few times, and I thought you were doing something electrical to reset the logic in the circuit board or something like that.

There's a video on how to do it on Snow sir's youtube channel Plarkinjr sir. It's a little beyond just pulling the post up for contact purposes. The post has to be pulled to or above the thread collar, then screw a carto all the way back down afterwards....

Yep, that's the one.
