Wrong battery

So I got my package today with my three batteries, I ordered a light green MANUAL battery and they sent me an auto. I opened a ticket explaining the problem. Has anyone ever had this happen? Will they send me a manual? The auto one they sent was the right color but has a horrible auto trigger, it's really hard to get it to initialize! I've tried everything shirt of taking apart to fix but no avail? The manual I ordered was the more expensive model, anyway just wondering if v4l has made this right fir anyone else??

Mad, just curious....what have you tried to fix this issue? What type of Cartomizers are you using?

Thank you ! I just got my email saying that my replacements were sent! V4L is awesome! Man how great is that, when there is a problem(which hardly happens) they will fix it up!

Do they (V4L) usually send a email shipping confirmation/ tracking #, with an item shipped through opening a ticket??

I don't believe so. But trust them, it got sent! :)
