RDA Royal Hunter CLONE manufacturers

Hello. I need to know who made my royal hunter. I'm 99% sure it's a clone but I don't recognize the stamp on the bottom. Clones tend to mimic the stamp but mine is way different and can't find it anywhere. Any thoughts?

Due to the low cost of the authentic, I doubt any of the named cloners gave it a go. Nondescript Chinese manufacturer is probably the most info you are going to find. Most likely located in Shenzhen.

the Authentic have COV name stamped on them, even the clones I have seen mimic that. Not sure what that is. Hard to see in the pic, what does the writing actually say?

royal hunter... I know... I have not seen the stamp on any other clone I've looked at.
