Hit up their Facebook page. They'll fire off a replacement kit free of charge. There's a recent post with all the details. The RH I just bought seems to be the updated package which includes an allan key and matching grub nuts. Far better than those awful philips heads.

Thanks for the response VictorViper. Just sent them an e-mail. Now I just sit and wait patiently.
Guess what though. Now I got a new issue. Ordered the Kindred II with my royal hunter and my locking ring is frozen in place. I can't get it unscrewed. Loving the combo but man what a hassle. The screws on the atty are ....ty and the firing button on my mod is crunchy. Not to mention stuck in place now. Well hope things get better for my Concil Of Vapor combo. Wish me luck.

So I feel like this needs to be said: Rebuilt today and discovered that the hex wrench provided doesn't fit the screws. Heh. Will be notifying them of this.

As for the kindred's lock ring, I'd be demanding a replacement. Sounds like QA is an issue over in Taiwan...

Yeah so sent an e-mail right after for the mod issue. There response was ship it to us and we will fix the issue. As I would have preferred a new one shipped out I guess this will do. Junk part is now I have to package it up and pay myself to send it back. I'm wondering if I should send my atty with my mod at the same time. Maybe they will fix both in one crack.
