just let off on the Power Button about a Second before you stop Inhaling. This will stop the Hiss.

Yes this works very well. Keep inhaling for a second or so after you have released the power. It's kind of weird at first but before long becomes second nature and also helps to keep your coils lasting much longer.

About the hissing, I have found that if the hissing stops relatively after releasing the fire button it is pretty much normal, but if it prolongs more then a second, it's definitely insufficient wicking material in the coil. I can always tell, just from the sound of my rta's , when I wicked it on the light side because it over hisses or afterburns. Sometimes it's ok and needs no attention but 80 percent of the time, especially if I increase the wattage, a dry hit will occur.
