Due to my own ordering (shipping address) mistake, I had to send RTD a "Help" email. Randy not only answered quickly, but actually stayed with my problem through a second mistake I had made.

I'll tell ya what: There is probably no way to prepare for the business headache I caused RTD through my comedy of errors, yet he patiently worked through them all with me in a series of emails.

BTW, RTD also has products now that my other supplier has been sold out of!!!

Prices: Great.
