Did you get the premade juice? Which did you get? I have been curious about them. :)

Would love to hear your thoughts on them.
I got 3 bottles of biltmore, 8 bottles of vanilla custard, 6 bottles of crunch berries, 2 bottles of yellow cake and 1 strawberrys and cream. I love the biltmore, it's really good stuff. I usually order my vanilla custard and crunch berries from somewhere else but I decided to give these a try, they are still steeping now but they smell amazing, much better than the ones I usually get. The yellow cake and strawberrys and cream smell amazing too. If they taste anywhere near as good as they smell they have definitely earned a customer for life. The customer service seemed great and they shipped very quickly. I will update on this post as soon as they finish steeping but so far I am really impressed :)

Darn it. I should have entered as I actually knew most of those. Was trying to give others a chance to win though.
Same here, I won last time so I was trying to give others a chance :)

@The_Vapin_Chemist I think that is a great idea to do it randomly for those with the correct answers.. Gives everyone a chance ;)

we are going to try Deb's suggestion of a random draw for all correct answers (I actually have a random generator spreadsheet that I built a while back that will be perfect for this).
kewl! hope most folks like this option. That's kewl you made your own spreadsheet. Random.org is also an easy way to randomize a winner and one that a lot of contest folks use.

Good luck everyone!! So glad RTS found a way to continue these. I learn lots of neat stuff.

Congratulations to @JeremyR on winning this week's trivia! Thanks to everyone that played!

Answers:
1. What object created by people can be seen from the moon?
a. No man-made object, including the Great Wall of China, can be seen from the moon.

2. Which country landed the first craft on the moon?
a. The old Soviet Union. They crash landed Luna 2 in 1959, then soft-landed Luna 9 in February 1966, and then the US laded the Surveyor I in June 1966.

3. What planet in our solar system has the hottest mean surface temperature?
a. The answer is not Mercury (closest to the Sun), but in fact Venus (whose gases, mostly carbon dioxide, trap the heat).

4. Which is farther from the sun, Neptune or Pluto?
a. Pluto is usually farther from the Sun than Neptune, but not always. Pluto has a very eccentric (elliptical) orbit and is sometimes closer than Neptune.

5. What is the brightest star in the night sky of the Norther Hemisphere?

8. What is the English adjective to describe the planet Jupiter?
a. Jovian

9. What is the English adjective now generally used to describe the planet Venus and its hypothetical inhabitants?
a. Not Venusian, but Cytherean. This comes from Cytheria, a small island now part of Greece where Aphrodite emerged on a seashell. On a side note, the expression venereal disease pays homage to Venus, the Roman goddess of love.

10. Who was the first person to assert that Earth orbits around the sun?
a. Copernicus became famous for the theory, but the first were some unnamed ancient thinker around the seventh century BC.

11. What is true about the landing temperature of most meteorites?
a. Most are not hot when they land, but actually have frost on them due to the speed at which they pass through the atmosphere.

Woohoo!!!! Congrats to JeremyR!!!!!!!!!!!!:toast:

On a side note, I did submit answers to this at the last minute. Did a rush job on it. It is good to know that I only missed #10 because there were some very tricky questions in there. I learn a lot each time that I participate in these and they are a lot of fun.

Thanks again, RTS Vapes :)
