Randy, I'm trying to use the SAVE20 code, but it keeps telling me I've already used it. Last order I placed was last August so I'm a bit confuzzled :confused:

Ut, oh. Bov, there may be a glitch. You could try creating a ticket at the website. They may see it faster.

Correction: We do buy from one competitor, Box Elder. We see they are running a 30% off sale. We thought they were out of business due to almost poisoning dozens of people a year ago. . We are buying from them to have their nicotine strengths tested to see if they are double dosing in a drunken stupor like before,

Seriously, Randy. I don't think that Box Elder would be a competitor for you. Their nicotine has a very strong taste and odor to it. There are people that enjoy that taste/odor but, those people would not be buying your clean tasteless nicotine anyway. They cater to an entirely different crowd IMO :)

Over 100 customers have successfully used the SAVE 20 coupon today. It was a one time use coupon. I have since removed the one time use restriction. Try it again and it should work.

CRM Tickets:

We now have 12 employees and I do not personally respond to most CRM tickets, however, I scan them from time to time such as today. I noticed 3 tickets with lots of vulgar language from customers who ordered before the sale wanting to cancel their orders and place them again. In reason, we would normally give in-store credit or a partial refund. My employees do not need to be treated in such a disrespectful manner so those orders will be refunded in full, your account closed, your IP address and name blocked from opening another account.

ETA: Worked this time, thank you again. Normally wouldn't have mattered too much, but I had a limited amount left on a disposable credit card. Wouldn't think of buying my nic anywhere else!

I can vouch for Bov! She is one of the people that I tried to give my BE nic that has been in my freezer since February 2011 to. She can't stand the taste either lol

Dear friend,

No US vendor exists so far. If anyone claims that sells Atmos Lab's flavours, please send me his details or website. I am very curious to see products with fake label.....
