The badge from the federal agent wearing the red baseball cap seemed legit. They also had documentation of customer invoices they could only have gotten from Volusion by a subpena. Called Volusion, our shopping cart, and they verified they were served with a federal subpena from a federal district court judge to provide all customer invoices for the last 30 days.

Edit: Not to brag but I think RTS is the second largest supplier of flavorless liquid nicotine in the USA. I believe we have overtaken My Freedom Smokes based on what the USPS says our package volume is. Only ecig-express is larger. I think that makes us a target the federal government wants to take out.

We do not believe we are doing anything illegal at our facility. We must have over 500 MSDS and all kinds of other OSHA required documents. We just completed on Friday all electrical compliance. The only thing we have not 100% completed is OSHA certified training of all employees. That takes a lot of time. We sent 4 mangers/supervisors for training and certification 2 weeks ago. All employees have been given verbal instructions on personal protection equipment but the written instructions are only 59% done ($6,500 fine).

We have also completed last week a massive and expensive upgrade to our network, Volosion shopping cart and our Gateway to prevent credit card fraud based on customer 33's (Hi Doris) experience, We also paid for Goggle to scan our Volusion website and our network for maleware, We were given 100% thumbs us by Bank One our credit card processor. This took over 200 hours of our time.

Since I just received my nic order (box not so tore up this time Randy), I know I'm on the "list" they took.
I was pretty freaked out, and pictured them raiding my house to take it all away from me.
I had to puff up a storm to calm down.

Sad thing is ... I realize that with all the government "snooping" hitting the news, they probably already know who's doing what and with who. So ... I decided ....no sence worring about it.

I'm really sorry Randy for what' going on.
At the same time, we have to know that switching to e-cigs is taking a LOT of money out of the pharm, tobacco, goverment, and irs pockets.
We have to expect them to do everything they can to stop it.
