Government agencies do all kinds of things when no law has been broken, it is called intimidation. They know it costs the general people and small business' more money to take care of the problem the agencies created, which big companies it would be a drop in the bucket.

Peach Green Tea with a touch of peppermint is in a 30ml bottle right in front of me ! 
I think a lot of us do that...I keep a little plastic box by my computer with my "most grabbed" mixes...I just can't stay with one flavor
...guess who doesn't have any ice in the freezer !
