Well Randy, I just tried to place my order again (8 times), from Washington State at 8:30pm
It's still not working, (but I will call the phone number tomorrow).
I filled in everything it asked, pressed the "submit" button and it just goes to a blank "hostgator" page and that's the end of any further progress.
I just wanted to let you know what kind of experience I was having, in case you needed feedback.

Hostgator is not even used bY RTS. Please call Scott at 704-237-4572. He is our Director of Operations and is working with our 3rd party programers. We will reimburse you for the long distance call.

For everyone's information:

I called Scott this morning (he's such a sweetie) and he had already been notified about the problem
After some discussion about where the problem was, it was decided that using Internet Explorer may of been the cause.
I also have FireFox, so I went in through them.
I had to reload my cart (luckily I had kept a copy, been there-done that before), and I had no problem what so ever making my purchase.

Scott was happy about narrowing down the culprit and is passing on the word to his crew.
So .... if you have a problem, ... switch browsers. I was lucky enough to have both.

RTS is the greatest .. I knew that from dealing with them before, and now I'm spreading the word just in case your still looking for a fantastic website.

+1 on using Firefox here. I did have some issues a while back with explorer but it wasn't just with the RTS website so I made the switch to FF. I haven't had any problems at all with RTS website with FF. On another note, I made a really big order with RTS as soon as I saw the christmas discount and I ALREADY have tracking numbers for the order. As always, super fast order completion and shipping. Thanks RTS!!!!!

Thanks for the FIRSTORDER coupon, it was what convinced me to go ahead and order.

One comment though.
I know you are not thrilled with the age checking forced upon you, but you should put a big note on the order page where that checkbox is to do the age verification first.
At least when I was sent to the verification page and then back to your website it deleted all the shipping, credit card, etc. info I had already entered and I had to enter it again.
I was using Safari on an Ipad and didn't have any problem with the verification itself.
