The owner says that Homeland Security officers visited him. Their authority would come into play if, for example, an import of nicotine liquid was misrepresented in the shipping paperwork. It seems like an isolated incident specific to that type of activity.

I'll hope for the best, for both RTS and I. I'm mixing for myself and should be a regular reader of these forums for the tip and tricks. Thanks for the reply.

I am happy to report that I received shipment quickly and well packaged. Couldn't ask for better service, they provided a tracking number and the quality seems to be excellent.
